Forum on Disruptive innovation: Classroom to commercialization
The City of Knowledge Foundation and Harrisburg University of Science and Technology invite you to a Forum on Disruptive innovation: Classroom to commercialization. The event will take place at the City of Knowledge Convention Center on Thursday, November 21st, 2019, from 8:30am to 11:30am.
We will submerge in a knowledge journey about disruptive innovation and how you can leverage it as we listen to speakers: Bellur Srikar, Assistant Professor of Data Science & Data Analytics with expertise in Machine Learning, Optimization and Operations Management; Rachel Fogle, Assistant Professor of Biological Sciences and Lead of Aquaponics Initiatives with expertise in aquaponics-based research; Kevin Huggins, Professor of Computer Science and Analytics with expertise in machine learning and cyber security; Mrunalini Pattarkine, Professor in Biotechnology, Chair MS BTEC program and Director Capital Area Biotechnology Partnership (CABP); and Albert Sarvis, Assistant Professor of Geospatial Technology with expertise in project management and small unmanned aerial systems. An expected highlight will be the discussions on how their efforts could be collaboratively applied in Panama.
